Meet Chrissy, a passionate programme manager who loves bringing people together to make meaningful change happen across the NHS.

Since joining Neuron from Surrey Heartlands ICB, Chrissy has been working with teams across multiple NHS providers to help transform the recruitment experience, creating approaches that feel more connected, consistent and reflective of the incredible people and opportunities within healthcare.

For Chrissy, transformation is about more than processes and systems. It's about listening to people, building enthusiasm for change and helping teams feel part of the journey. With her energy, humour and collaborative approach, she is focused on creating ways of working that are meaningful for everyone. She is especially passionate about understanding how different parts of the NHS operate and identifying opportunities to make things simpler and smoother.
