Using the website

You can use the navigation and enquiry forms with a keyboard. Use the skip link at the start of each page to move to the main content. The site adjusts to narrower screens and enlarged text.

Controlling movement

Use “Pause page motion” in the footer or on the home page to pause decorative animation. The site also follows your device’s reduced-motion preference. The partner logos have their own pause control.

If something is difficult to use

Email rsch.neuron@nhs.net. Tell us which page you were using, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. You can also request the information in another format.

Testing and known limits

This redesign is still being reviewed. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or testing with assistive-technology users. We will update this page as those checks are completed.
