Our story
A practical response to fragmented workforce services.
Neuron began in Surrey Heartlands with a familiar set of problems: disconnected systems, too much manual work and limited tools for workforce planning and development.
Our teams came together around a straightforward approach. Simplify what can be simplified. Standardise where it helps. Automate repetitive work. Connect services and data so that people do not have to bridge every gap themselves.
That work now spans workforce transformation, Flexi-Bank, eRostering, managed services, analytics, automation and software development. We remain NHS-hosted and work with partners across the South East and beyond.
